Why it exists

The things we hold onto carry more than a price tag. HLDFAST is a private place to keep the story with your collectibles — provenance, ownership, value, cost basis, insurance details and the records that tend to disappear when you actually need them.

In the work

  1. 01Build a personal archive around what you own and why it matters.
  2. 02Add photos, details and records quickly from mobile, then keep provenance, valuation, cost basis, insurance and sale history connected to the item itself.
  3. 03Start with a system that works by hand. Add optional AI later where it can speed up identification, entry and organization without taking control away from the collector.

Current shape

HLDFAST is a working private collection and records app, still being shaped through use. The focus is fast, simple capture — especially from mobile — with photos, ownership details and practical records kept together. AI may help later, but the system is designed to work well by hand first.
